Wylene Quarles Hatcher, age 73, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2009. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Anna Quarles; brothers and sister, Wylie Quarles, Glenn Quarles, Foye Quarles, Gerald Quarles and Mary Ellen (Quarles) Hardy; nieces and nephews, Carol Myers, Mary Charles Herndon, Jonathon Quarles, Dale Quarles and Frank Lynn Hardy. Survived by her husband, Maurice J. Hatcher; daughter and son-in-law, Lu Ann and Wes Ballew; grandchildren, Jasmine, Bay and Brett Ballew; sisters, Georgia (Quarles) Myers and Carolyn (Quarles) Ellis; nieces and nephews, Nancy Ann France, Frank Alan Hardy, Doug Quarles, Jerry Quarles, Kathy Tarr, Jane Hull, Glenn Quarles, Barrett Myers, Angela Buehl, John Ellis and Frank Ellis. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 18, 2009 at Farrar Funeral Home, Jefferson City Chapel. Graveside interment service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 2009 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
