Willis Scott

WILLIS SCOTT, age 63, of Dandridge, TN and formerly of Warfield, KY went home to be with the Lord on Saturday morning, February 18, 2012. He was a member of the Bridges Chapel Freewill Baptist Church and was a retired Regional Sales Manager for Dollar Tree Stores. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Wanda Scott; and brother Roger Scott. Survived by his wife of 45 years, Elizabeth (Libby) Scott of Dandridge; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Carmen Scott of Barboursville, WV; two granddaughters, Tayor and Courtney; sister, Betty Collier of Columbus, OH; mother-in-law, Goldie Meade and sisters-in-law, Janet Meade of Debord, KY, Linda Brewer of Kitts Hill, OH and many family and friends. The family wishes to express a heartfelt thanks to the staff of Life Care of Morristown. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Bridges Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, 3405 Bridges Chapel Rd., Dandridge, TN 37725. Funeral service will be Monday, 8:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Gass officiating. Family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00pm prior to the service. Interment graveside service will be Wednesday, February 22, 2012, 11:00 am at Warfield Cemetery in Warfield, KY with Phelps & Son Funeral Home directing.
