Willie Frances Cannon Blair

Willie Frances Blair, age 87 gained her wings Friday, August 30, 2019 surrounded by her loved ones. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by husband of 53 years, Paul E. Blair; daughters, Jinny Lee and Marie Blair; son, Paul Blair and a set of twins. She is survived by brother Frank Cannon (Rosalind); daughters, Linda (Mike), Brinda, Charlene (Danny), Shirley (Jeff) and son, Charles (Sabrina); 17 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Frances will be fondly remembered and loved by family and friends. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, 2019 in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home, Jefferson City with Rev. Tommy Bellamy and Pastor Jason Creech officiating. Graveside interment service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Pleasant Grove Piney Cemetery, family and friends will meet at the cemetery for the service. The family will receive friends Tuesday 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer’s and Dementia research.
