WILLIAM SCOTT TIPTON, of Centerville, Ohio, born March 18, 1972 in Atlanta, Georgia, died November 19, 2003 in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was a graduate of Northmont High School in Clayton, Ohio, where he was active in youth soccer. He is survived by his parents, Bill and Sandi Tipton of Dandridge, Tennessee; grandmother, Wilma MacMurdo of Ft. Myers, Florida; half-brother, Christopher John Tipton of West Palm Beach, Florida; aunts and uncles, Loretta and Howard Cain of Knoxville, Janet Harb of Charlotte, North Carolina, Janice and David Carter of Vandalia, Ohio, Robin Carson of Ft. Myers, Florida and Junior Cox of Knoxville, TN; cousins, Rick and Tim Cain, Josh and Johnny Harb, Tammy Rippey, David Carter, Jr., Kristi Regelski, Allen, Doug and Mike Cox, Cindy Sharp, Debbie Smith, Bobby Stewart and Pat Hanna. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 24, 2003 at the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Jefferson City, TN with Reverend David Snyder officiating.
