William Tracy James

WILLIAM TRACY JAMES, born June 1, 1965 passed peacefully on May 31, 2023 after a brief illness. He was born in Monroe, LA, but lived most of his childhood in Alabama.  He graduated from Auburn University in 1988 with a BS in Marketing.  He moved with his family to Jefferson City, TN in 1995.  Tracy was a lover of motorcycles, camping, canoeing, hiking, grilling out, disc golf, harmonicas, and all things Auburn.  Tracy is preceded in death by his father, Jack Seale James, his mother, Sybil Tullos Riley, and his stepfather, Herschel Riley, Jr.  He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Paige Huggins James, a son, William Zachary James, a daughter, Lindsay Amanda James, a son, Justin Seale James and a daughter, Joley Page James, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.  Tracy is so very loved and missed. He is now and will forever be the Island Man.
