Survived by children, Joey Broadwater, Anthony Broadwater, Hope Carpenter, all of Jefferson City, and Ashley Broadwater of Morristown; parents, Bill and Evelyn Walker of Knoxville; three grandchildren; grandmother, Pauline Mitchell of Knoxville; brothers and sisters, Billy Walker, Rocky Hall and Danny Hall, all of Knoxville, and Patty Hall Bailey of Erwin; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at Mill Springs Cemetery for an 11 a.m. graveside interment service with Reverend Dan Mayley officiating.
