Walter C. Parker

WALTER C. PARKER, age 87, of Palm Harbor, Florida, passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2006 at Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin, Florida. Born in White Pine, TN, the son of the late Walter Parker, Sr. and Willie Courtney Parker. Preceded in death by brother, John Parker and sister, Frances Strowmatt. Retired employee of Black & Decker Mfg. Co. in 1979. Survived by daughters, Linda Stone of Gulfport, MS and Lisa Yeager of Spring Grove, PA; brother, William Parker of North Carolina; grandchildren, Laurie Jones of Hoschton, GA, Daniel Stone of Mt. Bethel, PA and Jacob Yeager of Spring Grove, PA; step-grandchildren, Shelby Yeager of Ashley, PA and sheldon Yeager of Brooklyn, NY; great grandchildren, Bailey Jones, bergen Stone and Brody Stone. Funeral services will be 11:0 a.m. Friday, March 3, 2006 at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine with Rev. Charlie Harkelroad officiating. Interment will follow in the White Pine Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. friday prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church, P.O.
