Walter Joseph Kramer

WALTER JOSEPH KRAMER, age 77, of Dandridge, TN passed away at home on Friday, November 23, 2007. Prior to moving to Dandridge in early 2007, Walter lived in Monmouth County, NJ for more that 75 years in Matawan, Little Silver and Wall Township. He was born on August 5, 1930 in Matawan, NJ, the son of the late Harold and Helen (Felber) Kramer and was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (Orr) Kramer in 1993. He was a graduate of Matawan Regional High School and Rider University. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and served during the Korean War. He retired in the early 1990's from RCA, where he was an International Audit Manager. He is survived by his children, Lynn Kramer of Long Branch, NJ; Pamela Laughlin and her husband, Hal of Bridgewater, NJ; Scott Kramer and his wife, Susan of Jackson, GA; and Craig Kramer and his wife, Jessica of Denver, CO. He is also survived by his three grandchildren, Sam, Jake and Luke Laughlin and by his sisters, Iris Smith of Keyport, NJ, Janis Jacques of Belford, NJ, and Phyllis Spears of Toms River, NJ. Walter's beloved dogs, Mike Dundee, Maddie and Lucky are all being placed in new homes. A private memorial will be held at a later date by the family in NJ and ashes will be interred at the Holmdel Cemetery and Mausoleum in Holmdel, NJ.
