Tracy "Betsy" Estep

TRACY "BETSY" ESTEPP, age 45, of Clinton, TN and formerly of Dandridge, TN passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 30, 2010. She was born and raised in Jefferson County and was a graduate of Jefferson County High School. Betsy enjoyed researching genealogy and the craft of collecting gemstones to design and make jewelry. She was preceded in death by her father, Gordon Smelcer and brother, Dusty Smelcer. Survived by husband, Shawn Estepp of Clinton, TN; son, Chris McCarter; mother, Vicky Smelcer; brother, Chip Smelcer; sisters, Debra Anderson and Cindy Hooks. Funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at Farrar Funeral Dandridge Chapel with Rev. Lloyd Foster and Rev. John Sevier officiating. Interment graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Hills Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening prior to the service.
