THOMAS A. SMITH, age 67, of Dandridge, TN and formerly of Lakewood, NJ, passed away Friday morning, August 19, 2011 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center following a brief illness. He is survived by his daughter, Barbara Hogan of Buffalo, NY; special dear friend, Frances Stewart of Dandridge; sisters, Donna Vanwinklen of Pennfield, NY, Denise Eicher and Marion Skoog, both of Toms River, NJ. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 22, 2011 at the Farrar Dandridge Chapel with Rev. Darrell Chambers officiating.
