Thomas Richard Hodge

THOMAS RICHARD HODGE, age 74 of Dandridge, TN, went home to be with the Lord on January 9, 2022. He was a devoted man of God, as well as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He served in the United States Army. He loved spending time with family, friends, and farming. He is preceded in death by his parents, John H. Hodge and Mary Elizabeth (Holbert) Hodge. He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia “Patt” Hodge; son, Richie (Robin) Hodge; three grandchildren, Alex (Caroline) Hodge, Haly Hodge and Kari Stuart; great-grandchildren, Layne and Clay Barbee and Josie Hodge; siblings, Johnny (Gail) Hodge, Shelby Franklin, Peggy (Jack) Brooks and Geraldine Burchfiel; several nieces, nephews and loving friend and business partner, Phil Schrader. DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, THE TIMES AND DATES OF THE SERVICES HAVE CHANGED. A visitation will be held at New Hope Church in Kodak, TN on Monday, January 17, 2022, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 7:00pm with Reverend Tom Sterbens and Reverend Charlie Harkleroad officiating. The graveside interment will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 11:00am at Underwood Cemetery in Kodak, TN. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to New Hope Church in memory of Thomas Richard Hodge at 2450 Winfield Dunn Parkway, Kodak, TN 37764.
