She was a member of Unity Baptist Church in White Pine. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Reverend Glenn Rines of White Pine; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Karen Rines of Jefferson City; daughters, Kathy Valentine and Christy Lane, both of White Pine; brother, J. C. Holt of Morristown, Robert Earl Holt of Talbott; sister, Lorine Arwood of White Pine; grandchildren, Allyson and Braden Rines, Randy and Taylor Lane, Brandon and Erin Valentine; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Rick Hogg, Michael Allen, Tommy Lane and Jeff Valentine. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 7, 2005 at Unity Baptist Church in White Pine with Reverend Larry Young, Reverend Harmon Willis and Reverend Don Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the White Pine Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. Sunday, February 6, 2005 at the funeral home in White Pine.
