Teresa Ann Lewis Mayhew, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2011. She is survived by her children, Natalie Hill and Samantha Mayhew, parents, Alan and Trish Lewis, niece, Le Anda Cooper, great-nephew, Jacob Cooper, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A private memorial service will be held for family and friends at a later date. Arrangements by Farrar Funeral Home, Dandridge, TN.
