Tammy Renee Proffitt Miller

TAMMY RENEE (PROFFITT) MILLER, born December 9, 1960 in White Pine, TN passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on August 9, 2016. Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Proffitt, and her brother, Phillip Proffitt. Tammy is survived by her mother, C. Ann Proffitt; husband, James Carroll Miller; daughters, Alesha Knowland (Skip Canfield), Rachael Knowland (Dallas Shepherd); son, Tyler R. Sellars; uncle and aunt, John and Carolyn Proffitt; uncle, Jim Lowery; aunt, Ethel Shelton of Erwin, TN; many cousins; and her grandbabies whom she loved so much, Rylee Knowland, Dylan Shepherd, and Dalton Shepherd; and many close friends she loved dearly. Memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
