Steven Robert Gramann, age 55, of Jefferson City, TN was born February 3, 1966, in Cincinnati, OH to Thomas and Bobbie Gramann. Steve departed this life on July 31, 2021. Steve was a graduate of Colerain High School, Class of 1984. Steve went on to attend Carson Newman University while there he gave his life to Christ. Steve graduated with a B.S degree in Business Administration, and he played football for Carson Newman as a defensive end, #96. Steve was married to Karen Cook-Gramann for 28 years and from that union four children were born: Austin T.K. Gramann, Alexa L. Gramann, Connor M. Gramann, and Keaton M. Gramann. Steve was an active member of the Jefferson City patriot?s youth football community where he helped coach grass cutters and super grass cutters. He loved coaching a sport where he could pass along the passion he had to the next generation of kids, especially to his own sons. Steve never met a stranger and loved to crack jokes, but his biggest joy was being a father and watching his children play sports. He was a dedicated father, husband, son, and friend who will be missed by many. Steve was proceeded in death by brother, Michael Gramann. Steve leaves to cherish his memory: devoted wife Karen Gramann; children, Austin T.K. Gramann, Alexa L. Gramann, Connor M. Gramann, Keaton M. Gramann; parents, Thomas and Bobbie Gramann, Cincinnati, OH; sister, Tracie (Tim) Zeitz, OH; special niece Macenzie Zietz, OH devoted aunt and godmother, Delores Mullin, OH; special mother-in-law, Bobbie Ann Cook, TN; aunt, Bernice Crawford; OH; and a host of nieces and nephews. Friends may pay their respects from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home on Friday, August 6, 2021. Graveside interment service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Louisville Hilltop Cemetery in Louisville, TN with Rev. Elder Leander Blackmon and Elroy Wilson officiating.
