Steven Alan Bain

Steven Alan Bain age 72 of Dandridge, TN went to be with the Lord on April 23, 2021 at his residence. He was a member of Evergreen Church in Sevierville and was retired from G.E Information Services Company. He was a graduate of Georgia Tech. Steve loved the Lord and served as an elder in his church. He was a loving husband and father and delighted in his grandchildren. He enjoyed sports of all kinds and was a gardening and fishing enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Leslie Bain and Virginia Claudine Caldwell Bain and a brother, Thomas Bain. Steve is survived by his wife of 40 years, Deborah Bain, children, Kevin Bain, Keith Bain, Andrew Bain (Jackie), Jason Bain, and Teresa Bain Leborgne (Jérôme), grandchildren, Logan Bain, Charles Bain, Gracie Bain and Sophie Leborgne, and his brother, Jeff Bain as well as nephews Chris Bain (Lori), Phil Van Deventer (Brittney) and niece Katie Van Deventer Hare (Patrick). Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Evergreen Church at the Sun Outdoors Conference Center (formerly River Plantation) with Pastor Wes White officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:00 PM at the church on Thursday, April 29, 2021. The conference center is located at 1004 Parkway, Sevierville, TN 37862. Private burial will follow the service at Hillcrest Cemetery in Dandridge, TN. In lieu of flowers, your contribution to Evergreen Church Benevolence Fund would be very much appreciated.
