Stephen Joe (Stevie) Stallings

STEPHEN JOE (STEVIE) STALLINGS, age 60, of New Market, TN went to be with the Lord on February 10, 2010 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents, Albert and Velma Joe Pollard Stallings; brother, Olin Carl Stallings; sister, Beatrice Osland; and niece, Sherry. He is survived by sisters, Jennie Kovach and husband, Steve of Jefferson City, Bobbie Ballard and husband, Bill of New Market, Betty Denton and husband, Dwight of New Market, with whom Stevie made his home; brothers, Albert (Al) Stallings, Jr. and wife, Betty of Strawberry Plains, Gary Mack Stallings and wife, Diane of New Market; nieces and nephews, Darrell Snyder and Darla Denton, who loved him as a brother, Terri Kovach, Philip and Vickie Ballard, David, Judy and Mark Stallings, Kim Osland, Michael and Tammy Stallings, Debbie, Pam and Sharon Stallings. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City with Rev. Dwayne Whittington officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home to proceed to Eastview Memorial Gardens for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service.
