Sherley Ann Redding

SHERLEY ANN REDDING, age 78 of Dandridge, TN passed away Monday afternoon, July 2, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Anna (Cubih) Smalthz and was preceded in death by 2 brothers and a sister. Her and her husband owned and operated a restaurant in Michigan before retiring to Orlando, Florida and finally to their relaxed piece of paradise, Dandridge, TN where they have lived for 18 years. Sherley was a member of the Deep Springs Baptist Church and will be remembered for her strong will of being a 3 time cancer survivor enduring 17 years on oxygen. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great cook and dog lover. The family extends a special thank you to University of Tennessee hospital for their special care of Sherley. She is survived by her husband, William “ Bill” Redding who feels God saved Sherley for him; her children, William Allen Redding, Barbara Allyne Redding and Mark Andrew Redding; grandchildren, Jeremy, Joshua and Allsyne. Memorial services will be held Thursday, July 5, 2018, 7:00pm at Deep Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Chambers officiating.
