Sheri is survived by her daughter, Dana Bowser; grandchildren, Logan Bowser, Jordan Bowser, and Sydney Bowser; parents, Samuel and Kay Jarvis; sisters, Beth Norris and Heather Rumbut; brother, Duane Jarvis; and significant other, Tommy Cowan. Graveside inurnment service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 9, 2020 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
