Sharon E. Justice

Sharon E. Curtis Justice, born August 27, 1944, in San Diego, California, passed away in the early morning hours of November 19, 2024, at Life Care Center of Jefferson City, TN, surrounded by her three sons and family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob R. Justice; her parents, Marvin and Allene Curtis; her sister, Carol Sue Curtis, who died at birth; her sister, Patricia Justice; and her brothers, Freeman Curtis and Boyd Curtis.

Sharon is survived by her children: Matthew (Wendy) Breshears, Bryce (Kendra) Justice, Tony (Misty) Justice, Gary (Julie) Justice, and Bonnie (Fred) Miller. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by her brothers, Odell Curtis and Mike Curtis; her sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.

Sharon was a wonderful mother who was always there for her family, offering love, support, and wisdom. She was an active member of the trucking community, supporting her husband, who was a truck driver, and later working at a Pilot truck stop. She also spent many years as a caregiver.

Sharon was full of life and spunk, bringing joy and laughter to those around her. She loved to play softball and enjoyed bowling. She was of the Christian faith and loved the Lord. Sharon attended church, often singing and playing the piano, and participated in various ministries over the years, including radio ministry and nursing home ministry.

She deeply loved her husband of thirty-seven years and cherished her sons. She will be greatly missed by her children, siblings, grandchildren, and friends.

The family will receive friends at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City on Friday, November 22, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life service to follow from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. EST.
