Sarah Katherine (Sands) McDaniel

SARAH KATHERINE (SANDS) MCDANIEL, age 81 of Dandridge, TN, formerly of Mableton, GA passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 9, 2008 at her home. She was a resident of Mableton, GA for the past 10 years and was employed by Journey Inn as a housekeeper and also worked at Piedmont Metal Group of Lawrenceville, GA. Preceded in death by husband, George Sands; grandson, Ephrain Ingram and Jamie Massey. Survived by her children, Brenda and Bob Durkee of Dandridge, Tn, Wanda moore of Gainesville, GA, Helen Pruitt of Rockmart, GA, Carl Sands and donnie Sands, both of mableton, GA, and Ronnie Sands of Lithia Springs, GA; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday, December 12, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at White Columns Funeral Chapel in mableton, GA with Rev. George Hightower officiating.
