Sarah Irene Flynn

SARAH IRENE FLYNN, age 84, of Dandridge, TN passed on to be with our Heavenly Father on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005 at St. Mary's Holston Hospice. Born in Sevier County and a member of Grants Chapel United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husbands, Lloyd C. Flynn and John C. Blazer; parents, Hobert E. and Nora Lafollette Tipton; sisters, Ruby Ellen Tipton and Pauline Clevenger; brothers, J. R., George and Rex Tipton; son-in-law, James Hodges. Survived by daughters, Linda Charlene Hodges, Patsy Hubbs and husband, Carl (Eddie); grandchildren, Shannon and John Wollard, Jason and Joy Hodges, Leila and R.J. Clawson; great grandchildren, Alex and Jonathan Hodges, Zachariah, Samantha and Ezekiel Wollard; sisters, Maxine Bettis and Imogene Morie; brothers, Floyd (Black), Ben and James Tipton and wife, Wanda; brother-in-law, Luther Flynn; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Many thanks to everyone for your cards, visits and prayers, to Dr. John Zirkle and staff, St. Mary's Holston Rehab staff and St. Mary's Holston Hospice staff. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28, 2005 at Farrar Funeral Home Dandridge Chapel with Rev. Tommy Lindsey and Rev. Jerry Colbert officiating. Family and friends will gather at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at Hillcrest Cemetery for a 1 p.m. graveside interment service.
