Sandra Cate Massengill

SANDRA CATE MASSENGILL, age 58, of New Market, TN (Dumplin Community) passed away Saturday afternoon, Nov. 8, 2014 at her home. She was a member of Dumplin Baptist Church, and was proud of her 31 plus years of service to the State of Tennessee as a Highway Patrol State Trooper. Preceded in death by her parents, Burl and Agnes (Koontz) Cate; and sister, Emily Cate Blake. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Stanley Massengill; sisters and brothers-in-law, Berlyn Cate, Dianne (Don) Gass and Harold Blake; nieces and nephews, Kari and Stephen Blake, Michelle Cate and Adam Gass; several great nieces and nephews; and two great-great nieces.
