SAM RODERICK, age 84, of Strawberry Plains, TN passed away Thursday, March 10, 2011 at his home. Preceded in death by his father, mother and brother. He worked all his life as a farmhand and will be missed by members of his community. Survived by caregi vers, Edgar and Gracie Bruner; special friends, Howard Jeffers and several cousins and nephews. Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Pleasant Grove Piney Church Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience from 11:00 a.m.until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City.
