(PARKER) PALMER, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2005 at Jefferson County Nursing Home. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Jefferson City for over 60 years. She was the widow of Robert H. Palmer and worked as a L.P.N. for Dr. Frank Milligan and Milligan Clinic for many years. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Margaret E. and Jewel Davis of Germantown, TN; sons and daughters-in-law, Lyle R. Palmer and wife, Anne of South Haven, Mississippi, Robert H. Palmer, Jr. and wife, Diane of Johnson City, TN; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; special niece, Willa Belle Rowe of Asheville, NC; many, many other nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 31, 2005 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Jim Dampier officiating. Interment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service and will also receive friends immediately following the graveside interment service at Mrs. Palmer?s home.
