Rufus "Ruffie" Henderson

RUFUS "RUFFIE" HENDERSON, age 83 of Dandridge, TN passed away Sunday morning, November 16, 2003 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was a veteran of the US Army and World War II and was a retired employee and bus driver of the Jefferson County Board of Education, following many years of service with the maintenance and school transportation departments. Survivors include his wife, margaret Henderson; sons, Danny Henderson, David and wife Rhonda Handerson, and Michael Henderson, all of Dandridge; grandchild, Jesse Henderson; sisters, Mollie Worth of Sevierville and Faye Pool of Fresno, CA. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2003 at the Farrar Dandridge Chapel with Rev. Troy Duncan officiating. Interment to follow at Hills Union Cemetery.
