RUBY CALLOWAY COCHRAN, age 95, of New Market, TN passed away at 7:00 a.m. Friday, April 16, 2010 at Jefferson City Health and Rehab. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jefferson City. She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Rev. Chester Cochran; daughter, Kathryn Hodges; parents, John and Edna Calloway; brother, Ralph Calloway and sister, Helen Atkins. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and wife Marlene Cochran of New Market, John T. and Juanita Cochran of Hendersonville; daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Jack Bunch of Jefferson City, Lois and Bill Love of Manchester; son-in-law, J. A. Hodges of Rutledge; sister, Marie Loy and husband, G. W. of New Market; brothers, Charles Calloway of New Market, John Calloway, Jr. and wife, Laura of New Market; grandchildren, Debbie and husband, Dwight Haggard, Jeff Cochran, Nick Cochran, Alton Hodges, Barry Bunch and wife, Donna, Darby Bunch and wife, Lorie, John E. Cochran and wife Janie, Tamera Jones and husband Aubry; twelve great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Sunday evening, April 18, 2010 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. Henry Davidson, Rev. James Kinser and Rev. Gene Wilder officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:00 a.m. Monday morning, April 19, 2010 at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
