Ruby Pippin Barr

RUBY PIPPIN BARR, age 87, of Jefferson City, TN and formerly of Benham, KY, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at Jefferson County Nursing Home. She was a member of Magna View Baptist Church , a retired hair dresser, and was a member of The Eastern Star. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Michael Thomas of Dandridge; son, Malcolm E. Barr, Jr. of Rutledge, TN; granddaughters, Tiffany Barr Williams of Knoxville and Lauren Barr Combs of Jefferson City; several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2009 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend George Miller officiating.
