Roy McWaters

Roy McWaters, age 80 of Dandridge, Tennessee, formerly of Savannah, Georgia, passed away Thursday evening, August 1, 2002. He was a retired salesman having worked for Illinois Central Railroad and Overnite Transportation Co., a member of the Methodist Church and was a veteran of WW II and the US Army. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Weatherly McWaters; daughters, Dukeanna McWaters Duffy of California and Royanne Baer of Greenville, South Carolina; stepchildren, Page Weatherly Dawson of Dandridge and Craig Weatherly of Norcross, Geargia; 2 grandchildren and 2 step grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, August 5, 2002 at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Dandridge, TN. The Family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m. Sunday, August 4, 2002 at the funeral home in Dandridge.
