Rosie A. Gann

ROSIE A. GANN, age 64, of Talbott, TN, died suddenly January 9, 2009 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Rosie will be missed by her loving family; her husband of 46 years, Ottis; and son, Dale (Shelia); and granddaughter, Jessica. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fannie Solomon and Kyle Young. Rosie was a special sister to Janie (Danny) Lee, Elisa Robertson, George, R. P., Doug (Gail) and Ricky Young. She was a caring aunt to Nicki (Stacy) Kimbrough, Brittany Robertson, Melissa (Gerald) Lockhart, Darlene (John) Standifer, and Travis (Rachael), Perry (Renee), Jason Young. She was also a great aunt to Dallas and McKenzie Lockhart, Jacob and Brandon Standifer, and Deshaun, Aiden and Gavin Young. She was previously employed by Jefferson Memorial Hospital Dietary Department for many years. She will also be missed by many more family and friends. She is gone, but will never be forgotten by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 12, 2009 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. George Dotson officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Balch Cemetery in Dandridge for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
