Rose B. Galla

ROSE B. GALLA, age 87, of Dandridge, TN, formerly of Uniontown, PA, passed away February 12, 2004 at the Life Care Center of Jefferson City, TN. She was a retired educator who taught history at Ft. Lauderdale High School for 35 years. She was born and raised in Uniontown, PA and moved to Florida in 1958 with her husband, Ralph and son, Robert, where she was chairperson and head of the History Dept. at Ft. lauderdale High School intil retiring in 1993. She was preceded in death by husband, Ralph Galla. Survived by son and daughter in law, Robert and Jeri Galla of Dandridge, TN; brother, August Ballibina and sister, Elvira Gaudiello, both of Maryland. Funeral mass will be Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. at St. Theresa's Catholic church of Uniontown, PA with Father Kenneth Zaccagnii officiating. Inurnment to follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
