Roger Brophy

Roger Brophy, age 66 of Jefferson City, TN passed away late Saturday evening, February 8, 2003 at St. Mary's Holston Healthcare Center in Knoxville. He was a member of the American Legion Post #113 in Jefferson City and was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Corrine Sutton Brophy. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Karen Brophy of the home; sons, Evan Brophy and Adam Brophy, both of Nashville; brother, Richard and wife, Phyllis Brophy of Knoxville; sister, Corrine Brophy of Chicago, IL and several nieces and nephews. Graveside inurnment services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2003 at Westview Cemetery with Rev. David Graves officiating. Friends may call at the Brophy residence between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tuesday evening. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Tennessee, P.O.
