Rodney Dale Ivy

Rodney D. Ivy, age 51 of White Pine, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at UT Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Bernice Luster, Mr. and Mrs Roosevelt Ivy, father, Fred Ivy, brother Daryl D. Ivy and nephew, Thomas Shane Talley. He is survived by is mother, Connie L. Ivy, aunt Dorcus Ivy, brothers and sisters; Kathy (Larry) Crosby, Bobby (Shirley) Ivy, Susan Seaton, Dwight Ivy, Lisa Ivy Walker and Patty (Tommy) Talley, several nieces and nephews who he loved very much. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 1-3:00pm with funeral service to follow at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine at 3:00pm with the Rev. Brian Osborne officiating. Graveside Interment Service will follow in White Pine Cemetery. The family has requested that In Lieu of Flowers memorial donations be made to Farrar Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
