Rodger L. Scofield

RODGER L. SCOFIELD, age 65, of Dandridge, TN and formerly of Pasco Co., FL passed away Friday morning, April 22, 2016 at his home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and the Vietnam Conflict having served two tours of duty. Rodger was a retired Parks and Recreation Director for Pasco Co. FL. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed boating and fishing and served locally as a director and football coach for the Dandridge Broncos. He survived by his wife, Diane Scofield; daughter, Misty (Kris) Haglund; grandchildren, Britney, Stephanie, and Kollin Haglund; great-grandchildren, McKenzie and Grayson; several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital or the Wounded Warriors Project. A celebration of life service will be held, Saturday, April 30, 2016, 2:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00pm prior to the service at FARRAR FUNERAL HOME, DANDRIDGE
