ROBERT H. SCHRADER, age 81, of Strawberry Plains, TN went to meet his Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents, A. Ray and Maxie Schrader; son-in-law, David Blackburn. He was a member and deacon of Beaver Creek Baptist Church and a life member of Strawberry Plains Lodge #462. Survived by wife, Minnie Curl Schrader; daughter, Janet Schrader Blackburn; son, Tim Schrader and wife Wanda; grandson, Morgan Blackburn; great-granddaughter, Natalie Blackburn, whom he adored; sisters, Ann McGhee and husband Donald, and Racine Schrader; brother, Wayne Schrader and wife Becky; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Hobbs and Rev. Randy Troutman officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Monday morning, February 29, 2016 at Beaver Creek Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
