Robert E. Sartain

ROBERT E. SARTAIN, age 73, of Dandridge, TN (Chestnut Hill Community) passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at his home. He was retired from Tennessee Truck Lines and was a member of the Foothills Antique Tractor and Enging Club. Preceded in death by parents, Porter and Jessie Johnson Sartain; sister, Louise Sartain Seahorn; brother, James P. Sartain. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Carolyn Stone Sartain; daughter and son-in-law, Bobba (Allen)Sartain Wilson; sister-in-law, Agnes Sartain; nephews, mark and Will Sartain, Jim and Mike Seahorn; aunt, Luradee Howard and a host of friends. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening, November 13, 2008 at the Farrar Funeral Home Dandridge Chapel with Rev. John Clark officiating. Interment graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service.
