Ricky Lynn Rainwater

RICKY LYNN RAINWATER, age 50, of White Pine, TN passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 20, 2008 as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was a graduate of Jefferson County High School and was a former employee of the Jefferson County Highway Department, a veteran of the U. S. Marine Corp, and was an avid sports fan. Preceded in death by father and mother, Warren "Dude" and Ruby Mason Rainwater. Survived by brothers, Rodney (Wanda) Rainwater and David Rainwater, all of Dandridge; sister, Susan (Ricky) Ramsey of Cosby; special nieces, Jessica Nease of Newport, Brandi and Ashley Zimmerman, both of Talbott; special uncle, Curt Mason and special aunt, Edna Caton. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Lawson's Chapel UMC, 3241 Proffitt Heights Circle, Dandridge, Tn 37725. Graveside memorial services will be Monday, December 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Lawson's Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Denny Ford and Rev. Michael Ladd officiating, followed by military honors.
