Richard James "Rick" LaPier

RICHARD JAMES "RICK" LAPIER, age 65, of Dandridge, TN passed away Thursday, May 17, 2007 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was a native American Indian and was a member of the Church of Christ of Sevierville. A veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and the U. S. Navy, he was a retired employee of Ikon Office Solutions. Survived by wife, Delores LaPier; daughters, Tara (Scott) Rinehart, Penny (Dave) Hutchinson and Kelly LaPier; son, Shane (Karen) LaPier; grandchildren, Dustin Larson, Michael, Nicole, and Heather LaPier, Matthew and Nathan Hutchinson, Sydney and Ayden Rinehart; great granddaughter, Harley Larson; sisters, Vicki Boham and Sherri Bishop; brothers, Ronnie Bishop, Randy Boham and Russell Boham; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the Farrar Dandridge Chapel. Interment graveside services with military honors will be Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. at the Tennesse Veterans Cemetery.
