Member of Good Hope Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, David M. Smith; parents, Kermit and Wanda Tolliver; brothers, Billy and Bobby Tolliver. She is survived by daughters, Kelly Smith and fiancé, Justin Stalsworth of New Market, Jennifer Smith and fiancé, Jason Tate of Knoxville; granddaughter, Mia Grant; grandson, Ian Tate, both of Knoxville; four sisters, several nieces and nephews; and special pet, "Sassy". Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2007 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Rev. Dwayne Whittington officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Sunday at Westview Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service.
