Raymond E. Dalton

Raymond E. Dalton, age 72 of New Market, TN passed away at 12:50 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2015 at his residence following a brief illness. He was retired from KUB with 20 plus years of service. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He was avid about watching his grandsons play football. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Ruby Dalton, brother, Steve, and sister, Laverne. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Christine Dalton, son and daughter in law, Tony and Felicia, grandsons, Patrick and Alex, sister, Brenda and Claude Gann, brothers, Wendell and Suzanne Dalton, and Norman and Shannon Dalton, sister in law, Bonnie Dalton, brothers in law, Frank McGhee and L.H. and Kathy McGhee, sister in law, Betty Hickle caregiver, Earlene and Tony Cruze and Shirley Strong, and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins, and special niece and caregiver Jamie Rogers. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Mills, Rev. Tommy Sartain, and Rev. Don Bowery officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Beaver Creek Church Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Monday prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
