Wayne, IN, formerly of Talbott, TN, died peacefully at Kingston Care Center in Ft. Wayne, IN on Monday, December 5, 2005. He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Mrs. Donna Bailey, in 1994. He is survived by his children, Mr. and Mrs. Marc Bailey of Ft. Wayne, IN, Mr. and Mrs. David Bailey of Ft. Wayne, IN, Mr. and Mrs. Scott Bailey of Talbott, TN, and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bailey of Norcross, GA, as well as his grandchildren, Kristen, Lane, Megan, Lauren, and Claire. Raymond Bailey was a member of Good Sheperd Lutheran Church and enjoyed an over twenty year career with Phillips Magnavox. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2005 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City, TN with Pastor Michael Huntley officiating. Ray will be buried beside his wife in Jefferson Memorial Gardens in a private graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2005 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City.
