Army and a member of Kodak United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Horace and Lockie O'Dell; brothers, Clifford and Burnett; and son, Johnny Ray O'Dell. Survivors include his wife, Barbara O'Dell; daughter, Patsy Wyatt and husband, Glenn; daughter-in-law, Jeannie O'Dell; granddaughters, Janell Howard and Jordyn O'Dell; grandsons, Garrett Howard, Jesse, Jared and James O'Dell; step-grandchildren, Lance and Audrey Wyatt; great-granddaughter, Trinity Howard; sister, Vera Fox; nephew, Ray Fox; and niece, Tonya O'Dell. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 8, 2008 at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge. Graveside interment service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 9, 2008 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Dandridge with Reverend Ed Farmer and Reverend Rowland Buck officiating.
