Randy Neal Large

Randy Neal Large, 65 left this earthly world on Sunday, April 16^th with family by his side.

Born on February 12, 1958 in McMinnville, TN where daddy was working one of the many bridge building jobs that took our family all across Tennessee.

Randy continued in the construction industry and left his mark on Knoxville and East Tennessee with a paint brush. We never knew when he answered his cell phone if he was sitting on top of Neyland Stadium, hanging off the basketball of the hall of fame or checking out the view of the Smokies from the side of a chalet in Gatlinburg.

When he wasn’t painting, you might find him tinkering with his old truck, fishing, or riding his motorcycle.

Preceded in death by his father, Leonard Large, brothers, Albert and Larry Large and mother of his daughter, Angela Large Kiesler.

He leaves behind a family that loved him very much including his daughter Megan “Magpie” Large & husband, along with his grandchildren: Audrey, Bella, and Maverick.

Sisters: Shirley Bell; Pat (Butch) Solomon; Kathy (Reb) Croft; Rita (Chris) Lewis and Regina (Gene) Harmon.

Nieces and nephews: Josh, Gabe, Jarad, Nate, Jake, Tasha, Luke, Emily, Hailey, Xavier, Javier, Joshua, Mack, Benjamin, Magnolia, and Henry.

The family would love to hear your stories of times with Randy over the years and ask that you join us for the following services, a Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday, April 20^, 2023 from 5-7PM at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine, TN, with a Memorial Service to follow at 7:00pm,  A Graveside Inurnment Service will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, 11AM at French Broad Community Church Cemetery
