Ralph ?Bill? Murphy, Jr., age 80 of Talbott, TN passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Lakeway Regional Hospital, Morristown. Preceded in death by brother, Tommy Murphy. Survivors include wife, Kay Murphy; son, Michael C. Murphy; sisters, Winefird Brannock, Shirley Anderson and Phyllis Reynolds. A memorial funeral service will be held at a later date.
