RALPH C. MANLEY, age 92, of Talbott, TN passed away Sunday, February 7, 2010. Preceded in death by children, Rosemary Manley and Ralph C. Manley, Jr. Survived by wife, Ruby Lyon Manley; daughter, Anna Margaret (Gene) Davis of Talbott, TN; son, Phillip Leon Manley of Indiana; grandchildren, Kevin and Christopher McKillip of Indiana, Phillip Michael Manley and Anna Marie Manley of Indiana; brother, Gene Manley of Dandridge; several nieces and nephews.
