Phyllis Jones

PHYLLIS SNYDER JONES, age 77, of Strawberry Plains, TN passed away April 25, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of the Kodak Eastern Star and Holston Memorial Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, John and Tennie Snyder; husband, Wayne Jones; daughter, Jama Hance; brother, Wayne Snyder; sister, Lois Griffey. She is survived by her very special nephew, Donny Griffey; daughter, Jackie Jones; grandsons, Houston and Dawson Hance; son-in-law, Scott Hance; sisters, Judy Stansberry, and Noralee Burroughs; brother, Haskel Snyder; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may pay their respects from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City. Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Kodak with Rev. Ronnie White officiating.
