Peggy Ann Boyd

PEGGY ANN BOYD, age 74, of Dandridge, TN left this earth peacefully on December 17, 2020. She retired from Wal Mart after 30 years of service and was a member of Mill Springs Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee and Lillian Lucille Eaton; son, Johnny Odell Boyd; brother, Bill Eaton; sister, Gail Lemmons. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Dalton (Dwayne); grandchildren, Jeremiah Dalton (Ashleigh), Nicole Hatcher (James), Abigail Brown (Matt), Matthew Dalton (Michael Huynh), Chelsie Leonard (Joey), Crystal Boyd, David Boyd, Joe Collins, Daniel Bible, Brandon Wade; great-grandchildren, Elly, Emma, Opie, Stella, Tinsley, Jackson, Fiona, Sophia, Avaeh, Gavin, Leah; sister, Judy Sounders (Mike Myers); brothers, Ronnie Eaton (Ruth), Roger Eaton (Robyn); several nieces and nephews; very special friend, Mary Evelyn; and many other good friends. Body will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City. Family and friends will gather at 2:45 p.m. Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Piney Level Cemetery, Piney Level Church Road, Maryville, TN, for a 3:00 p.m. graveside interment service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Farrar Funeral Home to aid with funeral expenses.
