Peggy "Bobo" Marie Edmonds McNish

PEGGY “BOBO” MARIE EDMONDS MCNISH, age 86, of Talbott, TN passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Rio Vista Baptist Church in Metairie, LA and a lifelong missionary, having served in Italy. Preceded in death by husband, Oscar Eugene McNish; parents, Von “Preach” Edmonds, Nana Ethel “Collins” Edmonds; brothers, Tom Edmonds and Von “Slick” Edmonds; lifelong friends, Erma Horton and Virginia Wingo. Peggy is survived by son, David Alan (Rhonda) McNish; grandchildren, David Isaac McNish and Rebecca McNish Holtane; sisters, Barbara Parson and Linda Carter; sister-in-law, Mitzi Edmonds; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 12:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City. The graveside will follow in Westview Cemetery. A visitation will be held 11:00am until 12:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to the charity of your choice or church.
