Pearlie Mae Howard

Mae (Beeler) Howard, age 93 of New Market, TN passed away Friday, October 2, 2020 at her home. She was the oldest and longest standing member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She was a life long farmer and enjoyed making quilts for her family. Preceded in death by husband, Lefford (Frog) Howard; parents, Herman and Myrtle (Hurst) Beeler; brothers, Johnny and Dallas Beeler; sisters, Lois Beeler, Berneice Ballinger and Gladys Coy. Survived by devoted son, Kenneth Howard and wife Sherry; special grandson, Colt Howard and wife Elizabeth; daughter, Lois Hubbard and husband James; granddaughters, Treva Miller and husband Jim and Kennetha Turley and husband Mark; great granddaughters, Autumn Lavingette and husband Jonathan, Britteny Trent and husband Michael, and Madison Turley; Great grandson, Joshua Turley and wife Leva; great great grandchildren, Nathan and Ashlyn Lavingette, Caleb and Caroline Trent; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Kevin Amyx, Bill Beeler, Jerome Wilson, Adam Ray, Jonathan Lavignette and Danny Cameron. Family and friends will meet at Pleasant Grove-Fielden Cemetery at 10:45 a.m. for a 11:00 a.m. graveside funeral service with Rev. Colt Howard and Rev. Jeff Breeden officiating. Mrs. Howard will lie in state 3:00 -7:00 p.m. Monday, October 5, 2020 at the funeral home.
