Pearless Mae Ramey

PEARLESS MAE RAMEY, age 76, of Dandridge, TN passed away Thursday morning, April 15, 2010 in Columbus, OH. She was born October 26, 1934 and raised in Pike County, KY, the daughter of the late Miles and Molissa (Senters) Ratliff. She was a member of the White Pine Church of Christ and was a retired homemaker. Preceded in death by her loving husband, James Allen Ramey; brothers, Jim Ratliff, Curtis Ratliff, Henry Ratliff, Bart Ratliff, Lonzie Ratliff and Lee Ratliff; sisters, Julia Farmer, Alice Ratliff and Nancy Kendricks. She is survived by her son, James Sherman Ramey; grandson, Sethry Ty Ramey; step-grandson, Luke Lowe; brother, Freeman (Pebble Marie) Ratliff; several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. The family wishes to extend a special "thank you" to the staff of Odyssey Healthcare of Columbus for their compassionate care for Pearless the last several weeks and suggest that memorial gifts in memory of Pearless Ramey be made to Odyssey Healthcare of Columbus, 540 Officenter Place, Suite 100 Gahanna, OH 43230-5317. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. David Bugg officiating. Interment to follow in Swannsylvania Cemetery.
